Bend Wine Pairing Dinners
The weekend of March 12th and 13th, we will be partnering with Cafe Sintra in Bend and holding two consecutive nights of wine pairing dinners (dine-in). In order to comply with Covid safety measures, we will have two seatings each night. Seatings at 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. – Friday the 12th and 13th.

“Tre Amici” Wine Dinners will be a collaboration of three restauranteurs, combining our culinary skills, wine knowledge, and dining spaces to bring monthly wine pairing dinners to the city of Bend. The first wine dinner, like the partnership of the “Tre Amici”, will be a fusion of Portuguese, Mexican and American fare, paired with northwest wines.
How Do I Sign Up?
For our in-person wine pairing dinners, reservations are required. Sign up online by purchasing this wine pairing dinner product by Wednesday, March 10th. The price is $85 per person (gratuity included).
What Is Included?
- Course 1 – Chehalem Pinot Gris paired with Chicken Masa Soup (smoked chicken, roasted corn, black been, jalapeño, jack cheese)
- Course 2 – Stoller Dundee Pinot Noir paired with “Shrimp n Grits” (prosciutto-wrapped gulf prawns, country-style grits, bell pepper confetti, lemon beurre Blanc)
- Course 3 – NxNW Walla Walla Cabernet paired with Pork and Clams a la Alentejo (northwest twist on a Portuguese tradition… Pork Tenderloin Medallion, Pork Belly, Washington Manilla Clams)
- Course 4 – 1989 Burmester Colheita Port paired with Pasteis de Behem (pastel de Nata style egg custard)
