How Do I Sign Up?
As with our in-person wine pairing dinners, reservations are required. Sign up online by purchasing this wine pairing dinner product by Saturday, November 28th. The price is $120 per couple (gratuity not included).
What Is Included?
Each household reservation includes a chef-prepared dinner for two people, three bottles of wine, and a one-hour interactive wine tasting. Pick up your bottles and menu items from Marcello’s curbside on December 2nd, between 5:00pm and 5:40pm.
We will taste 3 wines paired with the following dishes:
- Guado al Tasso Vermentino – Proscuitto wrapped jumbo prawns with creamy polenta
- Peppoli Chianti Classico – Zuppa di pesce (tomato-saffron vegetable stew with sauteed clams and mussels)
- Villa Antinori Toscano Rosso – Slow roasted lamb shank in a shiitake, root vegetable ragu over fettucine
- Eggnog Cheesecake
How Do I Join the Virtual Tasting?
You will receive instructions and a link to Zoom by email so that you can connect to the tasting either by using your computer, your tablet, or your phone.
