Virtual Wine Pairing Dinner

Join us Wednesday, March 10th at 6:15pm for the Del Rio Vineyards Virtual Wine Pairing Dinner featuring Karen Sliger and Jolee Wallace.

How Do I Sign Up?
As with our in-person wine pairing dinners, reservations are required. Sign up online by purchasing this wine pairing dinner product by Sunday, March 7th. The price is $125 per couple (gratuity included).

What Is Included?
Each household reservation includes a chef prepared dinner for two people, three bottles of wine, and a one-hour interactive wine tasting. Pick up your bottles and menu items from Marcello’s curbside on Wednesday, March 10th, between 5:00pm and 6:00pm.

We will taste 3 wines paired with the following dishes:

• Del Rio Chardonnay – Grilled pineapple, red bell pepper, and Gulf prawns skewers over polenta
• Del Rio Claret – Creamy wild mushroom soup with homemade bread
• Del Rio Syrah – Prime beef coulotte with peppercorn, Syrah demi glace, accompanied by mashed potatoes and rainbow carrots

How Do I Join the Virtual Tasting?
You will receive instructions and a link to Zoom by email so that you can connect into the tasting either by using your computer, your tablet or your phone.
